Although we make every effort to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, there are circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, loss or damage on freight must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Please be sure to fully inspect and count your cartons before you sign for them and note any discrepancies on the receipt. In the event the freight company loses or damages merchandise, without proper notification on the receipt at the time of delivery, they will not honor the claim. Please save all of the original packing material.
Return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Buy A Case reserves the right to deny an item return for any reason. To submit a return request you must contact us at 1-800-257-6617 or email@example.com within five (5) business days of the delivery of the product in order to be considered for a return. Once five (5) business days have passed, the items are non-returnable. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges they incur in order to return the product to Buy A Case and any applicable re-stocking fees.
If a return is authorized and once we receive the products that you are returning, we will refund the charge for the cost of the product and any applicable taxes that you paid or we will be glad to ship you out a replacement. Buy A Case will not refund any part of the charge until the returned products have been received in our warehouse. Shipping and Handling charges on the order are non-refundable.
